Once again, my wife and I cannot express how happy we are with our pest service from Dodson. Our technician, JR Jamerson, is incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He confirms his arrival time the day before, shows up when he says he will, and does a thorough job every time. He also inquires about any concerns we have, and fully explains the pest problems and treatments he has for them. Truly a wonderful home service company and especially, employee.

Our service tech Kishon is very thorough and is happy to help with any issues that arise, such as removing wasp nests or tackling a huge spider problem we had. Samuel Newman is the technician that comes to my home. He is always professional, punctual, and respectful. Since starting the monthly service I have noticed a big improvement and feel much more comfortable in my home. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable pest control.

When one thinks about pest control, it generally doesn't bring a smile to your face...unless Aubrey Hall is your technician. He provides impeccable service every month he makes a visit. I never have to worry if my home is protected from little critters or termites. If I have any questions or concerns he answers with knowledge and a great sense of humor. He even plays with my dog and is extremely kind with my special needs kiddo. Highly recommend. Would give 10 🌟!
