Friendly service and super helpful/knowledgeable staff. We could hardly afford a new unit when we had to purchase one a couple years ago. They helped us figure it out and gave us honest pricing with different options. They don’t try to upsell you or pressure you into buying something you can’t afford, I appreciated that a lot.

I tried to get in contact with them through the Carrier website, when I never received a response I called and followed up and they claimed to not have any contact information for me. I then asked to schedule an appointment and they said I could be next in line and refused to provide any idea when that would be so I said I'll take the appointment and call back if I can find someone else first fo cancel..and they receptionist said she would check with her guys and call me back. The next morning no call received I called back and the receptionist said she had cancelled the appointment because I said I had found someone else--I had never called back or said anything more about cancelling an appointment.
