I have to say a huge thank you to Phil for his kindness and for helping us out. We’ve had our DogWatch fence and collars for over 4+ years now and the system is still going strong. My two dogs, Yeti and Luna, have full range of the yard because of it. Honestly, if they go a few days without the collars, they will run, so this gives us all so much freedom. Recently, one of the collars broke (totally my fault, I tossed it across the room!), and I was worried about the cost. Phil was able to replace just the broken piece to save me a ton of money rather than making me buy a whole new unit. He even threw in a new color strap for me. It’s rare to find that kind of honest, cost-effective service these days. Thanks for everything Phil!

I had a 7 month old male Vizsla who has a very high drive for birds and other small animals. It was very hard for me to keep him contained when in the yard. I trialled the Halo collar 5 which was an epic fail. I immediately knew I had to pivot and find something more robust, and go with a company that backs their product. Phil and his team at Dogwatch of Delaware Valley are nothing short of top notch. I called Phil mid week while on vacation, after conducting research. Phil was waiting at my door on time waiting that Saturday morning. That just goes to show you the type of work you get from a small business like Dogwatch. His thoroughness, and cleanliness with a sloppy wet ground was actually very impressive. Phil is also super reasonable when it comes to how you want your boundary laid

Dogwatch is a locally owned small business and Phil and Katrina, as you will come to know them, are fantastic capable owners. ❤️ They were immediately able to provide us with a quote and an installation date. My only regret- I only wished I had called them sooner! Phil was at our house in a matter of days, installing the cable and training us and Charli on the fence. Even choice of color collar! She was a natural and immediately loving access to her new open yard. TY DW- can’t say enough great things!

Had my fence installed October 17th 2024. Both workers were very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. I also have a good feeling if I ever have a problem they will be more than willing to help. We got the Dog Watch Pro Model. The trading for the dog is not hard or intensive. This fence installed was over 1/3rd cheaper than invisible fence. Invisible fence was more a sales pitch while Dog Watch really felt like the cared about me and my dog while wanting the best for us.

Phil and Katrina of Dogwatch are professional and easy to work with. They respond in a very timely manner. Would recommend to anyone looking to install an invisible fence. Our highly motivated hound dog has never left the property since installation and we have had no issues over the last 3 years. We recently adjusted the zones on our property and Phil and Katrina talked us through the whole process, quoted us accurately, and had the job done very quickly. Great company who will answer all of your questions and take care of you for years to come with any concerns. Highly recommend.
