This company, especially Mike, is outstanding in every way. I needed carpet installed in a rental townhouse quickly as I had scheduled to show it to interested individuals. The carpet in the master bedroom needed to be replaced. Just 1 day after my phone call to Quality Floor Improvements Mike came to my house to discuss the project take measurements, make great suggestions, brought various quality and price level carpet samples from which I could make a selection. He gave me a price that was very, very reasonable. On top of that he could do the job in just a week and that was with having to special order the carpet because of the room size. All other carpet companies I called gave me at least a month wait time from ordering carpet to install and could not come near besting the price quot
