Great experience with Tri-County for my annual BAT maintenance service. James did a great job and spent about 1.5 hours cleaning and checking all aspects of the unit. I have had the system for 12 years and it was definitely the most thorough cleaning that has been performed. I am a very happy customer! Customer service was amazing also.

Tri-County did a great jobs with our new construction house septic system installation. The system is state-of-the-art and we are thankful we were able to have an environmentally friendly way to handle our septic needs. They are pro-active and thorough.

Of course I had an issue with my sediment filter on a holiday, but the owner called me very quickly and I got my appointment set up for the next day. I can highly recommend Tri-County Water Services, the tech, Darren, went out of his way to make a better setup for me, firmly bracketing the unit to the wall and also installing a bypass line so next time something happens I will still have water. Luckily I had water on hand at the house and so I didn't need a holiday visit, I said the following day would work fine for me. The project went well, it was handled very professionally and I am very happy with the new unit.
