Hershey is our 4-year-old dog, and for the first two years he never hopped our fence. Troy and his team are fantastic. Clear about the process, professional at all times, and super friendly. He worked through some installation issues (on our end), always with a smile. Troy is a very competent and skilled person and truly enjoys his job and dogs. He installed a pretty significant system on our property years ago, and it has hardly needed repairs (typically due to chewing vermin or tree roots). He has been with me now for almost nine years and several new dogs (we have four total now). He is a credit to his industry!

Troy and his team we're amazing to work with. He never pushed to sell the product vs other options on the market, but was adamant this is the most cost effective and dog effective product.
