Dolan Design HVAC

Shortly after moving in our home, the central HVAC system died! It was an old water-source heat pump, located in our basement. There were numerous waterlines, electrical wires and a pump system that left me scratching my head. We contacted a few HVAC companies, who did not seem thrilled to be looking at such a daunting task. I cannot recommend Dolan Design HVAC high enough. We were dealing with a warranty issue that no one else would touch. They came right out and gave us options without any pressure at all. We were able to talk to them multiple times and replaced the system with an upgraded product for a good price with a fantastic financing offer. Everyone there is so professional and respectful. The guys that did the install were amazing and it was completed in a day. If you have any heating or cooling issues or questions, you really should talk to them. They are absolutely my go to place from now on.

Larry and the gang were with us for a 1 year journey of a full renovation, an addition, and finishing of an existing basement for both mechanical and plumbing trades. They plumbed 3 new bathrooms for us, installed a sewage pump, a brand new HVAC system and rerouted all the existing ductwork to maximize our ceiling space, and installed new ductwork for the new rooms and system. They tuned our existing HVAC units to maximum efficiency with dampeners, leaving no dead spots in the house, and ensuring good quality airflow. Larry was always available, always reasonable, always responsive. I’ve recommended his services to others and we’ll be using Larry and his crew for any follow up services we need as well.

Dolan Design did a Great Job installing my new HVAC systems at my house. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do along with giving me a great price. The install team was very professional and cleaned up after themselves when done. Larry the owner came out to inspect the job and made sure everting was done right before the install team left. I would definitely recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Kris came and got us out of the cold. He was respectful, nice, and Great customer service. he was very knowledgeable about his job and knew exactly what was wrong with my unit. Highly recommend this company for your needs.
