I had this company as my electricity provider for 10 years. I was never late on a bill, ever. Last month, my purse was stolen, and I was forced to cancel my all my cards. Instead of alerting me, they simply shut off our power because the card declined payment for being canceled. It's July and hot as ever!!! So we had the joy of a dark, hot house with everyone boiling and our pets panting. I telephoned them, and the supervisor straight up LIED about the company calling me with an automated call. Baloney!I I can plainly see from my call log that they didn't ever call. They sent no bill in the mail because I was on autopay. Instead of worrying about the stupid pipeline why don't you restore power to those who have been out since 5:50pm yesterday. With cold temps this is ridiculous. They showed up at 3:30 today and cut a little on the tree and removed the old broken pole, laid the new pole down and left not caring a thing about your customer who have to deal with no heat again tonight. Yet you stick is with a huge light bill every month. Start caring about your customers fora change. This is completely uncalled for and so stupid.
