These guys came in 2021 to replace my hot water heater. They were the only ones who returned our call. Two days later our tank was replaced. Highly recommend.

I had to have my Central A/C unit charged for the 4th year on 6/30/2021. They did come quick to do that, but here we are in mid-October when we had discussed putting a new unit in, and I can't even get a call back or the estimate that was promised to me within a couple days. I still don't have a receipt for the service that they did do. I'm not sure how many calls one has to make to a business before they give up and get someone else....oh wait, yes I do. Not only have I called them, so has my father and still crickets. Well, one of the other 5 people that come this week to do my estimate can have my money now. I would NEVER use this place and would learn to do it myself if they were the last people on Earth.

Rhodes installed my furnace and water heater. They repaired my sink and installed a new toilet. They are professional, kind, responsive and on time. Very reasonable prices. They do a great job!

Quick and accurate service. Should I have any future issues I will be sure to call them back out. Eventough my problem was associated with the gas line, the tech still personally checked back in later in the day to make sure everything was being taken care of.

The service was great. I would recommend them to anyone who has a problem that needs to be fixed correctly and promptly and without a hassle!
