Septic problems are never fun, and they can be very expensive. Our septic tank started backing up into my father-in-law’s bathroom and we were stressed trying to figure out what to do. We called Donaven at Donaven’s Septic and he answered right away and was willing to help however he could. My husband and I have known Donaven and his family for 27 years. His wife was my Maid of Honor and he was Steven’s Best Man. Life has gotten busy and we don’t see each other as much anymore, but the friendship and trust are still there. His sons came out early the very next day and took great care of us. They were professional, friendly, and did excellent work. My ATU septic tank system recently caved in, and the experience with another company before calling Donavens was incredibly frustrating. After multiple calls and long waits, they still failed to replace the tank, saying things like they had “ordered the wrong tank” or that the previous person “didn’t install it right” and of course their famous "I did this work for decades so I know what I am doing" nonsense. In the end, they wasted a lot of my time and still overcharged me for pumping the tank. When I called Donavens, the difference was night and day.
