Dondi's Garage Door Solutions LLC

I have been using Dondi's garage door for over 7 years now and he has been great to work with. Prices are good and the quality of work has been great. I have had them install 4 shop doors for me. We have even had him come to where I work and repairs and service doors.

Owner had a great personality, very friendly and professional. He came out and fixed out garage door. A week later it was broken again, however he has not returned our phone calls when we called to see how we could address the broken door again. Because he has not called back and our door was broken a week after it was supposedly fixed; I would not recommend this provider. I wish I would have paid a little more and went with a business that is willing to call back and discuss options to fix the problem.

Great customer service! Moved into a new house and the garage door seemed to be possessed! Would work off and on with no rhyme or reason. Finally we called an expert who shoulders up minutes later and had us fixed up in no time. Even programmed the remotes for usin half the time it would have taken us.

My family needed a new garage door and we got quoted for 1,200$. My parents paid it.. took almost a month for the insulation. A few weeks later the door got damaged rolling up because the wheels didn't have grease. Called the owner back and he told my mom that he told my dad to grease the wheels.. well my dad had been in the hospital with covid the duration of that time. He came back to fix the door for $250 more dollars.. Come to find out that was the "cheapest" door. very disappointed with the service.

Had a couple broken springs. They came right out and figured out the ones I needed. Waited a couple weeks . and he came right out and had it fixed for a really fair price. I'm really happy with his work. He even serviced the rollers and adjusted the power lift.
