Home owners Beware, done right is definitely not what was done for me! There was nothing wrong with my storm door until Greg Howard reinstalled it twice, I called him back out because the door wouldn’t shut meaning it wouldn’t catch like it used to, he came out and it now sounds like a 100yr old door. He broke the bottom hinge and the neighbors across the street can hear me open & close the door, sounds horrible. His caulking around my windows looks like a child had fun, he definitely didn’t work on my home as if it were his! He might be able to fix wooden fences & install a hot water heater but a carpenter he’s Not! I will have to hire a professional to replace both my front door (he cut into the frame, then denied it when I questioned) and my storm door after paying him top dollar for s

I recently had need of a handyman to finalize a real estate transaction. Greg showed up on weekends and after hours in order to meet our tight deadline. He addressed warped decking, replaced wood trim, replaced a broken screen door, installed a new window AC unit, installed a baseboard heater, touched up paint and other miscellaneous items. Greg was fantastic. I called him to give me a quote on redoing my walk in shower and the rest of the bathroom in my 2nd story rental unit. I explained shower was leaking in the downstairs unit. I showed him on my ceiling where it leaked downstairs. He immediately said 99.99% sure it was the drain. He took the drain cover and said the pipe didn't come up far enough and all is needed is some sealant applied. He came back and applied the sealant and resolved the problem. Now he could have just given me a quote to redo the whole bath, but instead was honest and solved the problem within a day. I have had other contractors, remodelers, etc. and all they saw was dollar signs to remodel the bath and not find an easy solution. Thanks again Greg. I will diffidently call you with my nex
