Don's Appliance Repair

Woke up one morning and my refrigerator was not cold. I called Dons appliance and he came out that afternoon to see what was going on. Instead of trying to sell me parts that were not needed, he spent about 50 minutes cleaning the cooling coils. He was quick, clean and charged me a very reasonable cleaning and service call. ZERO complaints here! I will use Dons whenever I need any of my appliances repaired again. Thank you Don!

Donnie went above and beyond my expectations. Seriously. Then when I had a issue he came on a Saturday evening to help me out . He was in constant contact . He is reliable. Professional and courteous . Im 100% happy that I was put in contact with him .

Second response: Don, the only solution is to allow the public to rate your services and find out exactly why your low reviews pretty much sum up more of the same experiences I’ve had. You’ll find excuses why you don’t follow up, show up, call back, get sick, and then take weeks to solve the issue. You have the gall to come on here and defend your ridiculous behavior. It is unprofessional and does you more damage than good. Your customer service is incomprehensible. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted. Don was nice enough and pointed out that my washer was exhibiting a flaw that was listed by Whirlpool. Problem is that he's not an authorized Whirlpool repair. I would not have used him had I known that. I lost my full fee to him and he won't reimburse any even though Whirlpool is sending someone else to do what he already did. Would not recommend using him.
