Extremely Disappointing Experience I chose this company expecting professional, reliable work. They installed a roller and reinforced support bar on my garage door, but within just TWO WEEKS the screws began pulling out and the repair started failing. I contacted them to give them the opportunity to stand behind their work. Instead of helping, they refused to take responsibility and claimed that “someone else must have worked on it,” which is simply not true. Nothing else was touched. The failure is exactly where their repair was done. What’s most concerning is the lack of accountability. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just for them to stand behind their own workmanship. Any reputable company would want to make this right, especially when a repair fails almost immediately.

Mike did an outstanding job repairing our garage door. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a clear and professional way. The repair was done effectively, and the door now works better than it has in years. Mike's attention to details, friendly attitude, and genuine care for quality service really stood out. I highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door work. Truly top-notch service.

It doesn’t get any better than Ozzie with Don’s Garage. He has come out a couple of times for repairs and service and has always been great to work with. Always provides great advice and several options that fits in the customers budget. And it’s always no hassle sales, so you never feel pressured to make a choice. He is even very sweet with our daughter who was very curious in what he was doing. I would highly recommend Ozzie and Don’s Garage as your garage service provider.

Adam Kole installed two garage doors today for use (one double and one single).
