We had 2 shower doors installed and they are beautiful! They were fast and professional. Tyler was very helpful. He fixed a problem that was going to take longer than we expected.

I have used DBM over the years and always have a great experience. On Tuesday my garage door spring broke and the door could not open. I called early Wednesday morning and Malik showed up shortly after. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He told me the issue, assessed next steps and provided me options. I made the decision and within an hour my door was fixed. I appreciated the service from the call to the wrap up. I will always use DBM. In this day and time top tier custom service is hard to find. Ben was the technician who came out to service/repair my garage door. He obviously knows his job well and completed the needed repair in minimal time. Doors By Mike carries a wide array of parts and was relieved that nothing had to be ordered which would’ve delayed the repair. I highly recommend this company to anyone with garage door issues. I made an appointment with them and they scheduled 8-4pm. The Tech called and stated he would be here in 45 minutes. an hour and 43 minutes passed when I called them to see what may have happened. The office said they would call him and call back. They did and stated that he had to pull over and take a call and he would be here in 10 minutes. About 20 minutes had passed and he showed up. Very disrespectful of peoples time. I can certainly understand if there was an emergency or tied up in traffic but none of that happened and the guy didn't even apologize for being over an hour late. This fiasco took me from work in my business which cost me $897.00 the time he stole from me in which I lost a client waiting for him. I did threaten to bring suit in small claims court for my lost revenue, st
