Doors of Pontiac

I wanted to share how impressed I am with the service I received from doors of Pontiac. From the very first sales call to the installation everything was exceptional. Especially want to recognize Jacob Allen. He worked outside in the cold and took the challenge installing two storm doors on my 110-year-old home. Definitely not an easy fit. His workmanship was terrific and the doors look perfect.

We.purchased a beautiful back door from Doors of Pontiac recently. Every time I walk by it I love it more! Jacob a handsome young man, MASTERLY installed our door during the snow & ice storm. We were glad he took the time to do an exceptionally good job. He carefully explained the workings of the new lock. The following day he happily returned to explain the mechanism of the door lock again per our request. Thank you Jacob, thank you Doors of Pontiac we love our new door!

Pontiac door has a very nice display of doors. This is their expertise so you know you’re getting a quality product and a professional install. They can answer any questions you might have and make good suggestions on solutions for your door projects. I have used them in the past and always been pleased with their products/service. Update , placed order on door about 4 week ago and Bill installed today. He did an awesome job of removing the trim and reusing it and installing it much tighter than the door that came out. It looks fantastic and the caulk job is smooth and professional. I am Extremely pleased with it..

We are so happy with our new front double doors from Doors of Pontiac! Karen was so wonderful to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable about doors and design. Doors of Pontiac/Michigan Door has great service, knowledgeable technicians, and our family highly recommends giving them a call for any and all garage repair maintenance. They have great customer service, they inform you of when the technician is on their way, and Jen is great with handling any questions you have over the phone. Our technician Al, was awesome. He was on time, he was patient and answered all of my questions. He explained things as he did repairs, took time to show me the repairs and tested our door before we left to ensure everything was working properly.
