FAIR Heating and Cooling

Was having boiler issues that multiple other companies were unable to fix and recommended replacing the system. FAIR not only looked to fix first, but provided me with all the knowledge i needed to make the best decision. Was able to completely resolve the issue without replacing the system. Great boiler knowledge and very fair.

My furnace quit working on the morning of what felt like the coldest day of the year, and my house was already down to 50°! Steve came with extremely high referrals, and absolutely did not disappoint! He was at my house within the hour because of the emergency situation, and was honest, clear, and transparent about what I needed. The install team was prompt, but also extremely respectful. They respected my home by wiping their feet before entering on every trip out to the van, and quickly had me up and running again with a new furnace. They cleaned up after themselves, and were very thorough with explaining how I can maintain the new furnace and protect my investment. So grateful for Fair electric. Owner was very personable and fair. He drove way out of his way to get the part for us and fix our furnace before the negative degrees hit. Appreciate his quickness and kindness. Will definitely use him In the future.

Knowledgeable company with experience. Provided maintenance on my boiler as well as fixed our pump. They will diagnose the actual problem and will not pressure you to replace parts if it’s not necessary. Extremely easy to talk to and were very patient and polite answering our questions about boilers. 90 day service call alone is worth calling them first. Highly recommend.
