You truly rolling the dice. Long story short 4 1/2 weeks without a washing machine. Spent $560 on a board that doesn’t work that’s still in the washing machine. Ask Kevin to call back because we had questions. We got a no call. We were left to go buy a brand new washer and dryer on top of spending $120 at the laundromat for four weeks. You’re better off going and buying a brand new washer, When my husband asked Kevin, what would he do? He said he wouldn’t even serviced it. Mind you, the washing machine is only two years old.

Our service attendant Kevin was amazing. He knew about our refrigerator and fixed it fast and efficiently. We will highly recommend your company. Thank you again Kevin, you did an amazing job!

Great experience overall. Scheduling was smooth and Kevin was on time both appointments. The office folk were very helpful. The most important, the repair was completed on time and works fine.

Repairs to my clothes dryer were very good. Timing was OK. Someone didn’t put the water drain hose back in the drain properly so I came home to a flooded room just from the water that was in the washer.

The service and communication was excellent. I have not had an appliance repaired in a while and our business had to have this repair done quickly. The repair price seemed really high, but I did not price compare so I can't count it against them. They did everything as promised on time and always provided helpful reminders and updates.
