Came home to find my torsion spring on the garage door had snapped. Called Kelly at 4:45 and he replaced both torsion springs and had my garage door working by 6:45. Kelly was courteous and got the job done when others wouldn't pick up the phone.

Rudeness & Terrible customer service etiquette. Called to get a quote on a door for a commercial property. Tried to explain the problem, representative was quick to response and not listen. The attitude was intolerable, had to hang up. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Can I give 10 stars? I needed to replace 2 panels in my garage. Kelly was very communicative and was able to come out the same day and take care of my problem at a reasonable price. I saved at least $150+ with Kelly. He explained maintenance and recalibrated my sensitivity! Will definitely call back in the future.
