Doug Scott Lawn Maintenance

I do not recommend this company. When we hired them to do lawn and weeds we were told we would have to have beds completely free of weeds before they started and we did so. Over the past few months they stopped taking care of the weeds. They kept stringing us along telling us they would make this right. Now today they REFUSE to weed or spray the beds and REFUSE to refund us for the time we were paying for the weed care that was not being done. Look at these pictures, this is what this company considers good service.

If you have a screen enclosure be careful. They damaged five of my panels and didn't replace them or reimburse me, as they stated it wasn't them (that I was lying) and stopped answering my calls for corrective action.

Called to start monthly service, was given an invoice and I paid, they came that Friday and did my lawn, no problem. The very next week, was given ANOTHER invoice. Texted them inquiring about why I’m paying twice? No reply. I paid for a full month to get one cut. Do not recommend.

Doug Scott Lawn Maintenance is a rip off . I paid Doug Scott $300 for lawn maintenance and irrigation services for the month of December. He turned on the irrigation system but did not set it correctly, which caused it to run everyday resulting in a $500 water bill and dead grass. He also said he would maintain the lawn and shrubs, but that never happened.. What’s most upsetting is the lack of communication. I’ve called and texted multiple times trying to get some help, and I’ve received no response at all. At this point, it feels like I’ve been completely ignored and robbed.
