Doug Williams Rick Gilbert Refrigeration Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

Earlier this year on one of the coldest days of the year, our heat went out. Called Doug Williams and Rick Gilbert and they came out a couple hours later. We needed a new motor, and they went above and beyond to call the manufacturer and get the part covered. They returned later that day and fixed our heat. Fast forward to summer, I called to get our A/c checked over. They came out the next day, found a cracked and clogged drain line and got everything fixed and in order within an hour. Can’t recommend these friendly and professional people enough!

I called Doug Williams Rick Gilbert Plumbing because i had a leak in my main water line in the crawl space of my home. Not only were they the only company with same day availability but they showed up 3 hours earlier to fix the issue. Communication was exceptional, only to be outdone by the service provided. Tyler was the technician who came out and he was excellent, communicative, knowledgeable, honest, and an all around great technician and human. He got right to the issue, provided me a quote before any work started, and after i signed off, agreeing to the scope of work being done he got right to it and fixed the problem quickly and effectively! I thought the price was excellent for the great service provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing/hvac/refrigerat

Inadequate new construction install. Business stopped responding to warranty repairs. Had to pay another firm to make repairs.

Tyler was absolutely amazing. We had to have the septic pumped the day prior thinking that was the issue. Nope when I called the office they just happened to have a tech available and was at our house within an hour or so. He spent a few hours here trying to unclog our drain line and was finally able to get it cleared. He was super nice and professional.

The worst company. Have countless issues with my brand new system for 4 years. Thankfully found a company that will stand by their word and listen. Issues have included water damage to my home 2 times now. The issues started the day we turned the hvac on and it wouldn’t start I should’ve known to switch companies then!! - edit to add they won’t return phone calls or stand by anything they say.
