This is the best company to choose. We had a great experience. We had trouble with our Insurance company and Douglas Roofing assisted and helped us along the way and was very patient. Joshua Ross was the best he was here when we needed him and he answered every call and text. The office people provided remarkable customer service to us and our insurance company. The roofing team that came out were awesome, efficient and professional and quick, They cleaned up as if they were never here. It was amazing. I strongly recommend Douglas Roofing.

Great experience with Douglas Construction, and was very impressed with their awesome employee, Rome Bailey. From the free inspection, to the new roof installation, and every step in between, Rome made sure I was comfortable with the process. He was very patient and handled all my questions regarding the insurance claim and roofing materials with knowledge and professionalism. I appreciated his help and support throughout the process. Rome and his team made sure I was satisfied with the work -the new roof and gutter guards look great!

My project manager, Rome was AMAZING not only he helped me to file the claim but mostly he came by when the insurance sent their diagnose ppl, he went through everything with them to make sure they don't miss anything, he was actually working directly with my insurance agent, I didn't really have to deal with them, Rome GOT ME SO MUCH MORE than just the new roof, the insurance approved only portion of the gutters, only 1 garage door , didn't approve the METAL roofing I have above the porch and above the top sides of the garage , even new fireplace top metal and such... HE made the insurance to change some of the pricing to cover better the material and the job done by the gutters and metal roof installers, got them to approved , ALL GUTTERS, 2 GARAGE DOORS, the Metal roof and more so I tot
