Today, Douglasville mechanical installed a package unit, both heat and air outside my property. They were timely. It was a fast installation. They were super friendly, super accommodating. I got all my answers to all of my questions answered. Tyler and Kevin made me feel very comfortable. They were really nice hardworking guys!

Two weeks ago Douglassville Mechanical installed a new heater and AC unit with custom duct work. Tyler did an awesome job and went the extra mile to wear shoe covers in the house. Everyone showed up on time and the job was finished in one day, love my new system!

I received a quote in record time and the price was very competitive and included some "extras" that others didn't offer. Wonderful experience. My HVAC was not working. I called Monday morning at 8:15. A service technician (Caleb) arrived at 9:45, and my HVAC was working 90 minutes later. The technician was very well spoken and very professional. And when I called to make the appointment I actually spoke to a real person.
