Got got our new Bosch dishwasher installed. We are so happy! Pat was great to work with. He is a wealth of knowledge. He set us up with a great new dishwasher at a great price. Made the process so easy. He recommended a service to deliver, haul away and install the new washer at a reasonable price. What a great experience. Wish I needed more appliances.

Doug’s is the best. We’ve gotten several appliances from them over the years, always in an urgent situation. From talking through options, honest pros/cons to delivery and install - there is truly no place better to make these big purchases. I’m so thankful for Doug’s!

My washing machine dies the other day so yesterday we went in to Doug’s TV and Appliance to purchase a new one. The customer service was amazing. We knew which brand we wanted but not the model. Time was taken to explain the features of each model without ever being pushed toward one or another. We felt we were able to make an informed decision, without pressure, on the model that would serve our needs best. Thank you for making this big purchase so easy!

There is a reason why this business has such positive reviews. Pay and his staff, KNOW appliances, have Great deals , and have. Great service team with people who will do what it takes to help their customers. I have a microwave door part Pat just GAVE to me to replace a broken Samsung door latch/system on my 8? Yr old microwave .. he told me how to fix it. And realized he had a broken microwave in his storeroom. Took the time to remove the door and Said I could have it . I will not buy appliances anywhere else and have sent many people too Doug’s. Great , family small business . Thank you Pat!

Amazing service! My washer went out on me and it was cheaper to replace than fix. I had looked online at big box stores, but delivery was 2 weeks out! I held off and decided to try Doug's to see what they had in store. Extremely friendly, explained the differences in models, and got me a MUCH better price. PLUS, delivery and installation AND old appliance takeaway was only one small fee as opposed to the almost $200 from big box stores. The best part - I paid before leaving the store and it was delivered and installed within 4 hours. 4 hours!!!!! As a mom of 3, that was an answer to prayer. Thank you everyone at Doug's who helped us!
