Reflection Flooring

Couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish. Every interaction we had either in person or over the phone was positive. The installation was so smooth and looks fantastic. We got a quote from another local flooring place that was double what we paid with Reflection.

Great customer service from all my interactions with the team there. They really take care of their customers, even years later! We had a water issue that needed a small area of carpet and pad repaired a few years after initial install and they took excellent care of us and got us back to ‘normal’. If you want personalized, high touch service by people that care, this is your place. Couldn’t be happier!

The interactions with the staff were fantastic start to finish. The worker (Steve and his team) did a great job on the carpet installation and communicated along the way. We would recommend using Reflection Flooring and will use them again. We love our floors.
