This whole experience from getting a quote to getting shotty work fixed has been a nightmare. Not just a reg nightmare but a 10 month nightmare. There is part of the roof on the back porch that was not even completed. We call and send all kinds of email, only to be told it will be done. Mr. Dove, in fact came out, fixed one problem, looked at the incomplete roofing, and said he'd be back to fix it. That was over a month ago, and he has not so much as returned a call to let us know what is going on. Today we call, obviously irritated, and the secretary responds with "I don't know what to tell you, he's not here right now." How about you CALL HIM and tell him this needs to get done NOW! Ive heard so many good things about this dude, but this has been an awful experience, especially f

They came and did the roof but there was still a leak afterwards. Have called them multiple time to come look at it and they always a no show. Heard from multiple customers that they’ve had the same problem, they come do the work and then ghost you if there is a problem. Don’t use!!
