Bought our house 2 months ago that was inspected by this company and will have to pay $3k+ towards fireplace issues that were never looked at. Now a roofing company came in and reviewed the roofing that we were told was halfway through it's life and the roofer said it's absolutely end of life and need to be fully replaced. The radon in water testing was done incorrectly at the time of the inspection and needed to be done twice. Would never recommend this company.
