Downtown Air and Heat

We have had really great experience with Downtown Our system has a dehumidifier in parallel with our a/c unit. The dehumidifier was failing and Downtown was able to tshoot it and get a replacement unit under warranty. I’m so glad that we found them- We’ve had other companies try to address the issue prior, and none of them were able to sort it. Downtown did! We had two amazing techs that were just awesome: Daniel and Melvin We recommend Downtown - they are great!

We reroofed this summer and had to replace our rooftop AC Heat Pump unit. Downtown Air gave a competitive bid and I was impressed by their planning, coordination with the roofing company and execution in completing the project. Sean, Danny, Michael and their teammates are excellent. And our OUC bill is down $32.00 from last August!

Made appt to get a quote on some AC duct repair/replacement. Daniel came at on time and I had the estimate/quote later that day. I called about a week later to make an appt to have the work done. Again, on time arrival and completed the job in the time that was estimated. Daniel and Michael did the work, seemed to work very well together and I am happy with the resulting duct work. Easy to work with, on time appointments, and a fair price for the work.

I cannot stress enough, how amazing downtown air heat is! Their service is incredible. Their technicians are friendly, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen.

Danny is a good dude, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly, showed me and then provided options on replacement and / or fix it. Trustworthy company and their office staff is competent and quick with their follow-up.
