Excellent customer service and very quick to respond! I called after hours (9pm), and my call was answered immediately. The plumber was at house within a few hours, working until almost 1am to fix a blocked drain. This was prior to a snow storm, and I was very worried that I would be unable to find a plumber in time. These guys are amazing, and very fairly priced. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I am so impressed with the quick and efficient service I received from John Doyle after a pipe attached to my sprinkler system burst. I am sorry to say that I did not have a good experience with Doyle. Number one, they left my drain trap system from the bathroom sink leaking. The sink drain piping was offset from the main drain piping. They tried to squeeze the pipes together, creating tension and causing leakage.I had to go to Lowe’s and get an offset PVC pipe and rotate the 90° elbow in the trap to correct the leak. I asked him to come back over and when they arrived they said it wasn’t their fault and left. They also said to me that they reset the commode fixture, and I found out today that it was never done. That that’s why that I was getting an odor in my bathroom. I had Olmstead come to my home today and do a smoke test and the vapor filled up the bathroom from the leakage under the commode fixture.
