DPS Pump Services

Thank you, DPS. I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided. The service technician, Brandon, was a pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and consistently positive throughout the process. He should be commended for his expertise and great attitude. Thank you again for the outstanding service. I’ve included before and after photos to show the quality of the work.

I was told by another company that my sewer tank was broken and needed to be replaced. I called DPS and spoke to Kim who was so knowledgeable. She was familiar with the sewer system that I had and asked pertinent and relevant questions that made me immediately feel comfortable that I was dealing with the right place. She understood the urgency and scheduled Brandon to come the following day. Brandon arrived, troubleshooted the issue and both he and Brian questioned the original set up/configuration of the tank. They both agreed, after thorough analysis, that a different setup would be more effective. They obtained approval from the township and returned later with their crew. The job was done and they saved me half the amount of what it would have cost had it been a replacement of the

DPS is an amazing company!! We were having problems with our well and Immediately called DPS. DPS came to check on the situation immediately. We were informed that our well was running dry and a new well would be needed. They immediately sent over temporary water for us to use. They answered all of our questions and were with us every step of the process. I honestly cannot say enough about Kim, Walter, Brandon and the rest of the crew. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they are also some of the kindest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend them!!

My water pump failed on A late Saturday afternoon. Put in a call to them had somebody here Sunday morning to evaluate what the issue was. It was determined that the pump was bad and I needed a new one guys were here the next day Monday replace the pump within a couple hours was up and running again. Great friendly service timely, and honest. Couldn’t recommend they’ve been a bunch of people to work with

I called DPS Pump Services along with many other well companies due to an issue with our township asking about well information. I spoke to Kim who was very helpful and kind in explaining things to me as this is not an area I know much about. At one point, I already had another company coming, but she still took the time to help answer some questions and help out where she could even though I could tell she was extremely busy with their phones ringing nonstop. She was patient, personable, and their prices seemed quite reasonable. I would highly recommend them on these aspects alone. Thank you so much!
