Rich responded to our message in a very short period of time and understood the scenario. Late on a Saturday, he came to our home, diagnosed the situation, got us set up to make it until regular work week and diagnosed other issues that we should address. It was exactly what we needed in what was a bad situation. We were greatly appreciative and plan to use him in the future for our plumbing needs.

Called 4 times to schedule a job. Called dispatch 3 times. Plumber called back after third call and said he had an event to attend with family and would call me back to schedule. After calling dispatch again and leaving a message on plumber's cell he never showed up or call back. Then after seeing review called me upset & accused me of lying.You would think Im not paying them to do a job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Showed up as scheduled to connect outside gas line for pool heater. Work was done professionally and reasonably priced (within original estimate). Gladly reviewed work with me and explained why certain approach was taken.
