Fantastic service! After getting a few quotes, Walker Air Conditioning really stood out. They went above and beyond to try to fix my old system, all for just the service call price. They offered me the choice to fix it or replace it, and their replacement option was about half the price of any other company. Once I decided to go ahead, they were out within a day or two to get the job done. They were incredibly clean, using drop cloths everywhere in my house. Now, my house is perfectly cool! Highly recommend Walker Air Conditioning!

Ok , so back in 2022 I had a AC unit with some issues and it wouldn't cool. I had a local company look at it and they said it was DONE and needed to be replaced. Gave me a quote $$$$$$$. A friend told me to call Tom and DAMN I'm glad I did . CJ came out and had it working in 30 minutes with a new Capacitor. Very Inexpensive repair. Haven't had a problem since . Now today... my 5 year old Furnace ( not installed by Walker) decided to stop working. I called and left a message and Tom called me back within 15 minutes. Knowing that it's Friday almost 4pm and the Highway that leads to my house was being shut down due to a sinkhole... Tom walked me through some resets on my Furnace and I'm up and running again. Tom and Fran, and all the guys are so respectful and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. While our unit was on the way out last summer we called Fourth of July weekend and they came out to take a look when no one else would. We ended up having the whole system replaced, they were responsive and prompt with scheduling, and they did a fantastic job keeping the house clean while trekking thru to the attic. They were done in a day. Prices are great. I will never use another hvac guy!

Five years ago Walker Air Conditioning & Heating installed a central air system in our new home. The system is for almost the whole house, but we needed two wall units for two rooms that wouldn't line up properly with the ductwork. These units have had a number of issues and needed repairs and even replacement. While Walker did a decent installation, it seems that is all they're interested in doing; they are openly hostile if you call needing a repair! After many weeks of waiting for a repair to the wall unit in the studio where I work and see clients (which obviously is tanking my business) we still do not even have a date for when this repair will take place.
