Justin did an awesome job installing two water chillers in our facility! Very professional, knowledgeable, and straight forward. Really happy with the clean setup. Hiding excessive piping's keeping things minimal. Positive note, he gets the job done right! Definitely will hire him again for future projects. This business has stopped operation but isn't professional. Justin the manager said he would schedule his guys to come finish up the work and never heard from him since. Call email and even text all blocked. Had to call someone else to finish up Justin unfinished business. Paid and didn't get an invoice asked Katrina and nothing from her as well even though she said she would give it to me. Ryan someone who use to work with Justin said he takes pride in his work left my HVAC with leaks with his welding when I called him he blocked my calls. If you want someone who job abandons then contact Justin and his crew will take care of you. If there's a misunderstanding you know where to reach me Justin. This company has been amazing to us! They always take care of our walk in coolers and freezers. It's happened a few times and have always been sudden and an emergency but they are SO quick to respond and take care of the problem with ease! 100% would recommend to any business to contact them. Ask for Justin, he's so professional and easy to talk to and makes what should usually be a headache go incredibly smooth!

We are glad to have found Dr Cool to repair our commercial hvac system. Our offices always had issues with cooling during the summer. Last summer was the first year it was ice cold the whole summer!
