This company should be re-named Dis-Service Quick. They are a subcontractor for Samsung, and are performing a dis service to Samsung, as well as the end user. It has been more than 30 days since my initial request for service on my refrigerator, and I am no closer to resolving the issue than I was 30 days ago. The service tech who came to perform service were professional and knowledgeable. Sadly the office staff is neither professional, nor knowledgeable . After two service calls and replacing the condenser the service tech determine the refrigerator was not repairable. He contacted Samsun by cel phone and went through the process to confirm this diagnosis including face time video of the internal refrigerant leakage. I provided complete and accurate information about my Samsung dryer and the exact issue. Very basic, easy to see as the felt literally came out of the drum. I already knew what was wrong and simply needed the repair done. After paying $140 and waiting about a week, I was told the dryer could not be repaired because the drum felt and adhesive were “discontinued.” That information should have been verified before taking my money. Samsung manufactures both the unit and its parts. Whats worse, I was able to locate compatible parts myself, yet the company still refused to perform the repair. The dryer is only 8 years old, fully functional, and had even been serviced by the same Samsung-authorized provider last year, meaning the repair history was already available. Having a frustrating time with this company. My Samsung refrigerator is still under warranty and I was directed to Service Quick. We paid a $140 deposit (their word) for an appointment a week out. They were a no-call, no-show. Then we were just rescheduled without discussion for a week later. On that day, they showed up at 7:30 PM, with the wrong parts. They scheduled us again another week out without discussion. We will be almost a month now without a fridge. I called Samsung, and all they did was record the complaint. All of these complaints with this company go completely unaddressed. They have an F rating with the BBB with over 176 unanswered complaints, and this is who Samsung refers. Absolutely top class service, within 15 minutes the. belt of our dryer under warranty was changed today 13- FEB 2026. I I am here to say I am truly satisfied and highly recommend service quick.. Tyler in particular was the name of the service professional who came out and he did a great job !

I was heart sick when I accidently dropped a salt shaker on my Samsung cooktop and it cracked. Samsung customer service took my information and had Service Quick contact me to schedule the repair. Rico was the technician that came. He was very polite and knowledgeable. the replacement of the cooktop was done in a timely and professional manner. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience.
