A huge thank you to Dr Dry waterproofing for an amazing job!! I was getting tons of water in my basement and the current internal drain wasn’t installed properly. Chris was proficient, professional, and provided an amazing estimate. Him and his crew were prompt, considerate, and worked hard to complete the job quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t be more happy and I can’t thank them enough for everything!

Great experience with Dr. Dry for my basement waterproofing. Chris (the owner) was very thorough and gave me his expert analysis of the problem. When the job got started, his crew, led by Joe was great to work with, and they got it done on time. You will not go wrong with this company - true professionals.

Chris thoroughly examined the basement of the house we bought last month. He explained his analysis of the house (built in 1953 in Greenfield) and told me he does not think it requires any foundation work, nor any work to waterproof the basement. Chris literally did not sell me his services. (I did get another opinion from another contractor, who agreed with Chris.) I wish I could do something more than simply write a review about his expertise and honesty, but this will have to do until I meet someone who needs his services and I can refer them to him.

Worked with Chris from Dr. Dry for my commercial property. Had some water in utility room that they helped evaluate. Promptly came out to inspect the area. Provided a clear quote. Even checked out some gutter and drain issues. Followed up with everything to make sure it all looked good. The front desk staff is amazing too! I'd contact them for all my residential and commercial waterproofing in Pittsburgh.

I had scheduled an appointment. On day of appointment, 45 minutes beforehand I get a text to confirm. Half an hour before appointment I get a phone message to confirm. Both times I was on the road driving home for scheduled appointment and could not respond. I got home 15 minutes before appointment and confirmed by text and returned phone call of technician, Chris. Chris was snippy and seemed to think sending me a request for confirmation only on day of appointment and only within 45 minutes was satisfactory and my not responding right away had him snippily ask if i was still interested because now because i didn't respond 45 minutes before appt he can't be there til 1.5 hours later than scheduled appt.
