I received free estimates from three roofing companies. My mom prompted me to give Dr. Roof a call since she had such a good experience with them. Don from Dr. Roof gave the most comprehensive, practical, and no-nonsense evaluation of the three. He noted and provided more detailed feedback on the severity of the issues he spotted, and helped me think through what would make the most sense to fix, defer, or ignore as irrelevant. Dr. Roof responded quickly to roof damage caused by tree limb blown down during an ice storm. The estimator provided temporary patch for the hole and a work crew was scheduled in a timely manner to complete the repairs. I added additional work to their Scope of Work to include re-roofing a sunroom. Work was done professionally. Price was likely a little high but urgency was critical so I did not get multiple bids.
