Dracut Kitchen & Bath

The 1 star is for everything wrong that was done. The actual workmanship was good. I had my kitchen renovation done last October 2024. I was told 1 week approximately. I figured at least 2 weeks. It took 5 and 1/2 weeks. They mostly only worked half days. 1 of them parked in my condo garage without permission. They wrong backsplash tile was ordered. I had to go pick out more. I didn't get what I wanted. The wrong cabinets were ordered. He said he would take it down and order the ones I wanted. How could I go 2-3 more months without a kitchen. The kitchen looks great, even though it's not what I ordered. I don't recommend the company.

Waste of my time. I went directly to the showroom with an outline of my kitchen in hopes to talk to someone there and get the ball rolling. Despite 3 people seemingly working there, nobody assisted me beyond taking my number and email and copying the outline. They didn't get back to me for a full week, and then once they actually scheduled time to look at my place, they postponed a day. Then after looking around they said they would get back to me the following week. There weeks later and 3 phone calls, I still haven't talked to anyone. Don't contact then unless you have zero urgency on your project and don't mind being treated like their last priority. I've wasted hours of my time with this company.

Great prices for exceptional product that they provide, very polite & willing to work with any changes, in the initial quote as long as it does not involve upgrades or added services , leaves, site clean ! 😁
