I had replacement windows installed and they did an excellent job. The crew was efficient, honest, meticulous and considerate. I’m so extremely happy that I chose this company for my new windows. Windows are a large part of a home, and replacing them is a huge job. They made it easy for me, and I couldn’t be happier. Pricing was reasonable for great quality windows and work. Dracut Window & Door was exceptional to work with and we were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail throughout our front door and kitchen window replacement. We are finishing a home remodel and we were looking to make our kitchen window bigger and have the countertops flow into the window sill. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out, the quartz flows right up to the window and it looks perfect! We also replaced our front door which had a very old door and frame which let in a lot of cold air. Steve (the owner) replaced the entire thing and not only is it absolutely beautiful, it is perfectly sealed and there are no longer drafts. The work area was as if no one had even been there, he took the time to close off the area he was working in which kept my house

Steven repaired our slider—incredibly fast and efficient. He was here within two hours of my call. If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Dracut Window and Door did an outstanding job installing several exterior doors at my home. Steve owner and installer did the job. No subcontractors. He was articulate neat and cleaned up all debris. I didn't have to do anything but sit back and enjoy my new doors. He has been the easiest contractor I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond adding shutters and replacing my doors bells that didn't work. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Perfection. Also the office is very helpful answering all my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. They are all pleasant! Look no further they are #1. I will be having them do my interior doors as well. I wouldn't hire anyone else. Before and after pictures.

We can't thank Steve and his crew enough for the outstanding job they did replacing our bay window. They were right on time, professional (respectful to both us and each other), and clearly highly skilled at what they were doing. They took great care to protect our space during the installation, worked efficiently and methodically, and left everything spotless when they were done.
