I got 3 estimates for a trenchless replacement of my sewer pipe from the front yard to the street. I was very impressed by Alex who came out to look over the project in order to make an accurate estimate. He made notes of my concerns about certain large plants which would need to be uprooted and assured me that they would be set aside and replanted. It was also necessary to remove 3 stones from a custom walkway near the entry point of their equipment and, again, Alex made a note of the extra attention required and included it in his written estimate. Alex explained the process, step by step from exposure of pipe, to hole digging, to permit and replacement.
