I’m completely disappointed in the service we received today. The dude took 1/2 hour to diagnose a problem then spent another 1/2 hour working up an estimate for us. Handed us a bill for $350 for an hour service call and then told us he would not give us an estimate because they were so back up they couldn’t do the job. I would highly recommend AGAINST calling Drain Doctors for any need you might have. One star is too many.
Did a fantastic job on my septic tank replacement. Would recommend them for this type of work. Very professional.
