These guys are the absolute BEST! I manage group homes in Chapel Hill and we occasionally have plumbing issues that we can't handle. One call to these guys and they're on site super fast. They've never not been able to remedy any issue we've had, and rapidly. They work fast, but do not cut corners. Their techs will also give you information on what caused the problem and sound advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future. I HIGHLY recommend them. Fast service. Drain Express was extraordinarily responsive. They were able to swap out our restaurant commercial water heater that failed in less than 24 hours allow us to only miss one lunch service. We highly recommend their services for any business in a crunch.
