We hired Troy to refinish and paint our old metal stair rails leading up to our church portico. He was very meticulous in scraping and sanding the old paint off and then cleaning it thoroughly so that the new oil-based paint went on properly. He also painted a set of new stair rails to match. Troy did an outstanding job. We will definitely call on him again and are happy to refer him to anyone who needs a dependable, highly qualified and professional painter with decades of experience! We do background checks as well and Troy passed with flying colors! We cannot say enough about his integrity and great workmanship!

I would highly recommend Troy for all of your painting needs. He does fantastic work! He is quick, constantly moving and extremely organized. He respects your home and leaves it better that when he arrived. He is also a genuinely nice and friendly person. My wife and I are going to have him back soon for more painting.

Troy painted our entire house before we moved in and did a fantastic job. Very efficient, thorough, and detail oriented. Fair competitive pricing as well! Would definitely recommend him and plan to use him for any future painting we may need!

We have now used Troy on a couple of occasions. He has painted the exterior of two aluminum sided homes, one of which we've sold. Also, has done some interior painting. He and his crew are professional, clean and courteous. They provide accurate estimates on cost and timeline, show up when they say they will, and do quality work. Would highly recommend.

Update: I hired Sapphire painting once again, on 12/8/2019, to paint two interior rooms. Troy hasn't lost a step and is still just as good as he was a few years ago. I'd add another star to his rating, if i could. I am very happy with the service Troy provided. His work is excellent and well worth the price.
