Tom Tanck used to be reliable and dependable. He scheduled an appointment with us and never showed up! I called later that day because he was so reliable in the past. I also called the next day and later that week and left multiple messages. We never heard back from him. We will not be using his services again and would not recommend him to friends and family. His lack of follow-up says a lot about his character and lack of professionalism. Potential customers need to know Tom finally returned my call within minutes of this review. He was berate, angry, and verbally abusive. He told me about his "medical condition" and assumed I knew all about it and how unsympathetic I was for his lack of calling me back. Tom is right about how pleased we were with his previous work. In regards to this

Awesome company, Awesome work!!!! This company is true to their word, meticulous, able to diagnose a big problem over the phone, fit us in to get the work done, prompt, efficient with the soil and digging, respectful of buried lines. Tom Tank has a great operation going, I will recommend this company to all our neighbors. After having a less than ideal experience with another company, Drain Pro is the only company we will ever use. Thank you!!!!!

Very impressed with the service I have had working with Tom. The first experience was a pressure tank installation which was done expertly and quickly, at a reasonable cost. The second time I asked Tom to check on my property when I had a plumbing / well issue when I was unable to be at my property. Not only did he quickly take care of my issue, he didn’t charge me for the visit. That is unheard of service these days. Highly, highly recommended. Thanks!!!

Immediate response to my needs. Quality work. Excellent in answering my questions. Left with my yard as if they'd never had to be there. I thank them for letting my 5 yr. old great grandson watch. He loved the truck and excavator. Great people.

LOL they dont want work . Never called me back. Find another competent plumber. Do not use them.
