Drain Wizard Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

My complex called Drain Wizard to come out to my townhouse for a clog in my drain that two bathroom sinks connect to. I was hesitant because a different plumbing company (A Hampton Roads Plumbing) has come out on two different occasions for a clogged pipe and ended up busting them wide open, flooding my townhouse. Rob & Wyatt explained everything and gave me confidence they knew what they were doing. They managed to get the clog out without issue and also spotted that I didn't have ptraps in any of my three bathroom sinks. They made sure to put ptraps in same day. Matt took care of a clogged drain on a Saturday afternoon; it was challenging, but he was diligent and got it fixed..if he hadn’t gone the extra mile our 91 yr old mother wouldn’t have had water/toilets for another day. Will definitely recommend.

Drain wizard came out twice to my house to fix my laundry room drain and did not do a good job but rather try to blame me after I called them to complain about it. Instead, I was told that if I want them to come out again with their camera machine it will be another $500 charge after I have spend almost about $800 for the two times they came out. I therefor will not recommend them to anyone because I felt like I have been scammed.

This is how they left my sink. Then charged me for them to go to their store or wherever they go for parts not once, but twice. I was told they would send me an estimate to come back out. Needless to say I would never recommend them. They came on the 5th. I never heard from them & today is the 9th. I called another company they came out today & guess what it is Fixed. I called Drain Wizard recently regarding a low water pressure issue I was having. They were able to recommend a first potential fix over the phone, which I did myself and resolved the issue. Thank you!
