The final work was good, but the process was horrible. The scheduler/front office does not have control of the business. They started our job 6 weeks late, and then showed up when it was convenient for them. No consideration for other people's time. They created unnecessary/excessive damage to my yard.

We broke ground 11/7/2015 and Drake got our footings, basement walls, and basement floor in quickly to we could get it under roof by year-end. They also got the garage floor in early in the spring so we could use it as supplemental work space. Nice folks.

Thanks Ryan for another great job with us. This was a certainly challenging renovation, nothing like having the right people planing and completing a crazy job. Anyone can do the easy stuff but it takes great group to figure out and finish the hard things that come at you.
