Very unprofessional experience this time. I had actually used this technician before and previously received good service, which is exactly why I chose to call him again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different and beyond unprofessional. I paid $189 for him to repair my washing machine, and the issue was not fixed. The washer continued leaking when it drained immediately after he completed the repair. I contacted him multiple times the same day and afterward asking for him to return or issue a refund, and I never received a call back or any response. Once he received payment, communication completely stopped. In addition to that, I paid for the replacement part that was supposedly needed for the repair. We had an excellent experience with this appliance repair company. They repaired both our refrigerator and microwave, and everything is working perfectly now. I reached out to Dremus for repairs in our church kitchen. After agreeing on scope and price, they failed to schedule and complete the work. Despite consistent calls (over seven weeks) seeking status updates, they did not once follow-up. Perhaps our request was out of their comfort zone. I can't accurately judge work that is not done, but the level of customer service was very disappointing.

We took our oven door off to tighten the handle and could not get the door back together! Dremus came out earlier than expected and fixed everything! Technician did an excellent job and we will definitely use them again!
