Their team responded quickly, explained the entire mitigation process, and got to work right away. The crew was professional, respectful, and extremely thorough with the smoke and soot cleanup. They also helped coordinate with our insurance company, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I had a pipe burst in my finished basement that left about three inches of standing water. After calling Dri-Life, Jacob arrived the very next morning with his crew. Jacob was amazing. He immediately got to work taking photos, gathering measurements, and preparing the report. He even contacted our insurance company and got the claims process started for us right away.
