Michael was amazing! He arrived quickly, identified the problem right away, and immediately set up all the equipment needed to start drying the floors and walls. During a very stressful situation with a leak, he was incredibly kind and patient with me, my children, and my family. I had AC, plumbing, and Dry Force all here at the same time, and Michael from Dry Force was by far the easiest person to work with. He handled everything professionally and made a difficult situation much more manageable. I’m very grateful for his help!

Mike Wilson was the consultant who came to our house this evening. Mike was a wealth of expertise; he walked me through the process, was able to help me me communicate our needs to our insurance when the time came for that phone call, and began the mitigation process immediately after helping me through each of those steps. He was very calm and considerate and helped explain new concepts to me. The professionalism and knowledge that Mike exhibited today put me at ease through what has been a stressful situation. Mike was amazing worked fast and got all our water issues under weigh professionally.
