Dryer Vent Wizard of NY Metro

Customer service was great. Was able to speak to an actual person on my first call. Technician was personable and professional and did a thorough job. Cost was higher than expected for a 20 minute service but it’s been 2 years since it was done so perhaps that’s just the going rate. Would recommend.

I scheduled an appointment with this company to have my dryer vent cleaned, and the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. They cancelled the first appointment last minute, claiming their van broke down. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for two weeks later. On the day of the new appointment, I heard nothing from them. I called an hour before the end of my appointment window, and they assured me a technician would still arrive. Minutes after hanging up, I received a text saying their van “broke down” again—which was clearly untrue. At that point, it was obvious they had no intention of showing up. Keith was my technician and was prompt and knowledgeable about the issue. My system is up to date and would pass inspection. I feel very safe with the upgrade!! I scheduled Dryer Wizard from North Jersey and would not recommend. The crew did not look at my vent but instead tried to sell me an entire new setup. I have requested a refund today as I also have a neighbor that had a similar experience a few months ago.

Dryer Vent Wizard (DVW) was a wonderful company to work with: easy to book and efficient and effective work! Keith from DVW was able to inform me of my issue and complete the work all before I needed to leave for work at 9 AM! I will be working with them annually for a dryer vent cleaning!
