HORRIBLE customer service. The guy working didn’t even look my way while helping me and laughed when I asked for a part, which was a universal part. Told me he couldn’t sell it to me, when I bought the SAME part less than two months prior. ZERO people skills and even worse customer sevice.

If they wont sell to public then don't come up first on every search engine. Don't was time if not hvac contractor. I am builder but still wouldn't look to see if part in stock. Owner must be rich.
